Knight Gallery

This came about a little after DC decided to change Batman’s costume for the third time. Artists, Writers, and Editors all met to decide on a new costume chosen from the sketches shown in Knight Gallery.
The Bat-Team decided on the costume found on page 15, but someone forgot to notify Warner Brothers for the upcoming movie and a more traditional costume was used. This is why many didn’t notice a change in the costume. In the comics Batman wears an all black suit.
Doug, who liked each idea, thought it would be interesting to print them in a Bruce Wayne journal - Knight Gallery. Taking the idea a step further, he used the costumes in an Elseworlds book set in the plague ravaged future.
