Plot: Cold-blooded villain Indigo steals nuclear arms in an attempt to create tidal wave by causing chain-reaction earthquakes when detonated underwater. Bond and hotsy-totsy female assistant Sunny infiltrate Indigo's submersible island New Eden in order to prevent indigo from detonating the bombs and his genetic creations to populate the geographically changed earth.
